Located in downtown Lincolnton, the Lincoln Cultural Center has been housed in the former location of the First Baptist Church since 1991. The Classical Revival style building was constructed in 1922 after being designed by Charlotte architect J.M. McMichael. One of its most beloved features is the magnificent stained glass Rosette window in the dome of what is now Timken Performance Hall.
